When you write in, please include the email you use to sign in to Penglo, your device type (iOS / Android / web), and a brief description or screenshots of the issue. This helps us resolve things faster.
Account & sign-in issues
If you can’t sign in or something feels off with your account:
- Confirm you’re using the same sign-in method you used to create the account (email, Google, or Apple).
- Check for typos in your email address and any sign-in links.
- Try again on a different device or browser to rule out local issues.
- If you still can’t access your account, email [email protected] with your sign-in email and what you see on screen.
Billing & subscriptions
Purchases are handled by the store where you subscribed (Apple, Google Play, or web). To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Apple: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions
- Web: Manage from the in-app billing/settings page
If you can’t access the app but need help with billing, email [email protected] with your purchase details (platform, approximate date, and the email you used).
Your data & privacy
You can request account deletion or export from inside the app. If you can’t access your account but need help with your data, contact [email protected].

Your basic learning data may be shared with other learners as part of features such as the weekly leaderboard.
